Foundations and Readiness

The Management Shift foundations, the case for the ‘Big Shift’, and mastering the five levels of behaviour and organisational culture. This phase establishes the core knowledge and mindset required to understand, diagnose and apply The Management Shift approach in real-world organisational settings.

STAGE 1 • FOUNDATIONS

Transformation with OHS Practice Readiness

Scope a client engagement, interpret OHS reports, facilitate client workshops and develop a Value Creation Action Plan. This phase builds practical capability in applying The Management Shift methodology with clients, translating organisational insights into focused actions that strengthen performance, culture and value creation.

STAGE 1 • FOUNDATIONS

Practice Integration

Apply OHS with a real client, present findings and submit licensing evidence. Learn how to position and market TMS/OHS for strategy consulting and organisational development projects. This phase integrates the methodology into your consulting practice, building confidence in delivering client engagements and creating opportunities to grow your professional advisory practice.
